Quan Yin, The Most Famoust Bodhisattva Of All
In her honor, we created the pendant she is wearing in this image and channeled her energies into the stone.
It is my hope, that by wearing it, people will not only receive her energies of compassion and healing, but unawakened Bodhisattvas will become aware of their true nature and begin the bodhisattva path.
5 Signs You Are a Bodhisattva Or Are On The Bodhisattva Path (But May Not Know It)
Many bodhisattvas like Quan Yin walk among us, quietly uplifting the world without realizing who they are. If these signs resonate, you may already be on the path.
1. You Feel Responsible for Others’ Suffering You can’t ignore the pain of others—it feels personal as if it’s your duty to help. Even when you have no obligation, you instinctively step in to guide, heal, or support those in need.
2. You Have an Unexplainable Inner Wisdom You’ve always felt like an old soul, carrying knowledge that seems to come from beyond this lifetime. Deep truths come to you effortlessly, and people often seek your insight, even when you don’t offer it.
3. You Feel Like You Don’t Belong Here The material world often seems foreign, and you long for a deeper spiritual connection. While others seem content with surface-level existence, you crave meaning, purpose, and higher consciousness.
4. You Are a Natural Guide or Healer People are drawn to you for advice, comfort, or understanding, even when you don’t try to lead. Whether through words, energy, or presence, you help others find clarity, healing, and a sense of direction.
5. You Have Suffered, but It Made You More Compassionate Your hardships didn’t make you bitter—they deepened your understanding of others. Instead of closing off, you’ve become even more open-hearted, using your experiences to help others through their own struggles.
If these signs feel familiar, you may already be walking the bodhisattva path—one of service, wisdom, and deep spiritual purpose.
Do you think you are a Bodhisattva? Some say you can naturally be one and that you don't need to learn to be what you already are. While others believe you have to take a more structured approach and take the Bodhisattva vows. Learn more about this below.

Whenever you see a lotus, think of the Bodhisattva who not only symbolically raises themselves above the murky waters but uplifts others to enlightenment.

The main powers of a bodhisattva come from their deep spiritual transformation and enlightenment, allowing them to uplift others and guide them toward awakening. These abilities manifest in different ways, but the core powers include:
1. The Power of Compassion (Karuna)
A bodhisattva can deeply feel and absorb the suffering of others without being overwhelmed. Their compassion is not just emotional—it is an active force that heals, uplifts, and transforms those around them.
2. The Power of Wisdom (Prajna)
They see beyond illusion and understand the deeper truths of existence. This wisdom is not just intellectual but an intuitive knowing that cuts through fear, confusion, and falsehoods, allowing them to guide others toward enlightenment.
3. The Power of Presence (Maitri & Metta)
Simply being near a bodhisattva can bring a sense of peace, clarity, and healing. Their energy field radiates kindness and love, creating a space where transformation naturally happens.
4. The Power of Manifestation
Because their mind is fully aligned with spiritual truth, a bodhisattva can manifest opportunities, synchronicities, and even miracles to help those in need. Their thoughts and intentions are amplified by their deep connection to divine energy.
5. The Power of Teaching & Guidance
Even without formal instruction, a bodhisattva’s words, actions, and presence inspire others toward greater self-awareness and growth. They are natural teachers, healers, and guides, whether or not they take on those roles intentionally.
6. The Power of Transcendence
A bodhisattva is not bound by ordinary limitations. Many develop spiritual gifts such as heightened intuition, healing abilities, deep meditation states, and an unshakable peace that allows them to endure suffering while still uplifting others.
7. The Power of Returning (Reincarnation by Choice)
Unlike most beings who are pulled back into existence by karma, a bodhisattva chooses to return to continue their mission. They are aware of their purpose across lifetimes and come back to serve again and again.
These powers are not for personal gain—they exist solely to help others awaken and free themselves from suffering. A bodhisattva’s strength comes from selfless service, deep love, and an unshakable commitment to the well-being of all beings.

Would a Buddhist Scholar Say These 5 Signs Mean You Are a Bodhisattva?
A traditional Buddhist might say you have the potential to be one, but there is more you have to do. He/she specifically might say:
These are good qualities, but they don’t make someone a bodhisattva unless they have formally generated bodhicitta (the vow to liberate all beings).
A true bodhisattva actively cultivates the six perfections (generosity, morality, patience, effort, meditation, and wisdom).
Only through deep meditative training and practice does someone become a bodhisattva—not just through feeling or intuition.
So in this respect, while you may be on the Bodhisattva path, and have the potential to become a full-fledged Bodhisattva, for most of us it will take more meditative practice and training to gain all of these powers.
Many of you are already doing a lot of these things. My hope in this article, and through the bodhisattva energy jewelryI make, is that you realize your Bodhisattva nature and start your full transformation.`
I encourage you to pursue this further. You have the potential. And the world can certainly use another Bodhisattva.
