RETURN, EXCHANGE, WARRANTY AND REPAIR POLICY
NOTE REGARDING RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF GEMS AND CRYSTALS FOR BREAKAGE - YOU HAVE 24 HOURS TO REPORT ITEMS THAT ARE RECEIVED DAMAGED.
All items are inspected for breakage before they are sent. Please inspect all items you receive within 24 hours to determine if they have any damage from shipment and notify us immediately if there is any damage. You have 24 hours to do this after you receive an item.
Because crystals and gems are delicate, we can only guarantee they will arrive undamaged and cannot guarantee them once you wear or further transport them. Crystals, gems and stones can be damaged even by minor bumps against objects and sometimes people will break or damage them without even realizing they have done this. We do not warranty against breakage after the 24 hour period and cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that have received breakage after they are received.
Items that have been damaged or broken after delivery, or are highly worn and are not in resellable condition cannot be returned or exchanged.
NOTE: WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF ITEMS THAT SHOW WEAR AND ARE NOT RETURNED IN NEW, RESELLABLE CONDITION.
GENERAL RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We proudly stand behind our products. We offer a refund for products ordered from us if returns are received within 30 days of purchase WITHOUT DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE and in resellable condition.
We also offer exchanges for a period of 120 days from the date of purchase if products are returned WITHOUT DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE and in resellable condition. Large prints, larger than our smallest size are custom items and are not returnable.
There is a shipping charge for us to send out an exchanged jewelry item equal to our normal shipping charges for shipping an item.
All returns and exchanges need to be sent to the following address along with a note explaining what you want. This is a postal address so please use the postal service to return the items. Shippers like DHL, Fedex and UPS cannot deliver to this PO Box.

We refund amounts within a few days of receiving and processing your return. Amounts refunded are for what was paid to us for the product, less any discounts applied. We do not refund shipping. We do not refund items sold through a third party or accept exchanges for items sold through a third party. If you purchased through a reseller, items must be returned to them.
Exchanges can be done for like priced products as a straight exchange plus shipping. In the event you want to upgrade your exchange to higher priced item, you must pay the difference between the retail values of the products. Discounts cannot be used on exchanges.
Damage caused by dropping an item or other accidents, especially when dealing with crystals is not covered under the return or exchange policy. Items are inspected before shipment to ensure there is no prior damage. If you believe your item was damaged in shipping, we must be notified within 24 hours of you receiving it or we will assume it arrived safely.
Natural occlusions or internal cracks are common in crystals, especially quartz and are not considered damage or defective. If you do not like these occlusions you are free to return or exchange per this policy during the time frames indicated.
With our current system, we are unable to issue prepaid labels for return of items.
As stated in our marketing materials, your recourse under the return policy and any guarantees made is limited to the amount you actually paid for the item and you agree to the same.
Unless otherwise stated, items containing Energy Artist Julia’s images come with a 1 year warranty only against defects in materials but not damage for misuse or overuse, wear and tear. This warranty does not cover chains, leather or third party items we do not manufacture in the USA. It does not cover bracelets which have stretched out or broken. Bracelets need to be restrung from time to time.
Items worn often will show wear and tear, and may even break if hit or snagged on something. This warranty does not cover wear and tear. Sometimes an item will be hit on something, without the wearer noticing, and later the crystals will show cracks. This is not covered under this warranty. This warranty also does not cover items that are lost or stolen.
Cash refunds are not paid under this warranty. We will attempt to repair or replace warranty items, and if they cannot be repaired or replaced will issue a house credit for the amount paid for the item. No other warranties, express or implied are given.
Customs Fees & Duties
Customs fees and duties, if any are applied, are to be paid by the receiver of the products. Usually none are due, and none are charged by the USA from where the items are shipped, but we have no control if they are charged by your government. If you object to duties, it is a matter to be taken up with your government representative(s).
