It is time to look at what emotions and feelings live within your thoughts and decide if you will give them space in your heart, mind, and soul.
Those emotions and memories that do not help you on your path, that drag you back into the past and cause you to relive pain, are something you should let go.
The power is within you to redirect your thoughts and energies to the positive, especially now.
Become aware of what you are thinking throughout your day, and when a painful memory or negative thought arises, gently set it aside, do not let it have attention, and redirect your thoughts towards your dreams and hopes.
Close your eyes, face the sun and let only positive feelings fill your heart. Do this often until you no longer need to even try, when it becomes a part of you.
There is no reason for you to carry this pain with you. You've carried it long enough. Set it aside. Send it to the light. Send it to Spirit.
