A Personal Note from Julia About Empaths And The Personal Reason She Created The Empath Shield Bracelet
Dear Friends,
I want to talk to you today about empaths. These are people who feel everything, not just their own emotions but everyone else’s too. I know them well because my husband, Spencer, is one of them. He’s an empath.
I’ve watched him walk into a room and sense what others are feeling. He can feel their joy, their sadness, their worry, their hope — all at once. It moves through him like a wave.
Like him, most shamans and healers have empathic abilities.
It’s a beautiful gift. Because by feeling, you can direct healing words and energy exactly where they’re needed. You can also mentor and guide people because you truly know what they’re feeling.
