About:

I created this necklace with stones that many feel restore you when your energies have been depleted, or you feel a loss of hope, so you love life once again.

It was inspired by the native concept of “Walk In Beauty,” which signifies reaching a healthy state of peace, harmony, and balance with yourself and the world around you.

It is a significant piece, really a talisman or sacred object you will want to pass down through your family.

A Letter from Julia About Your Necklace 

Dear Friends,

Do you remember the times in your life when you walked through your day with joy in your heart? Where everything seemed beautiful and right? Where your world seemed filled with possibility and newness? You were probably very young then.   

Some call this divine state “Walking In Beauty.”

Unfortunately, a lifetime of turmoil and the daily grind can separate you from that passion for living each day. It is a slow death of the spirit. But fortunately, this can be changed.

In situations like this, the ancients used rituals, spiritual practices, and even gemstones to rebalance and harmonize you with nature - to reconnect you to the pulse of life, to restore your vitality, and allow you to walk in beauty - walk in the light once again.

Inspired by these traditions, I created the Walk In Beauty – Health And Harmony Necklace. At first, I made just one for myself. But then I made the 6 additional pieces I’m offering to you.  

When I wear it, I feel renewed and back in balance with nature, spirit, earth, and sky.  There is just this hum of life I sense around me.  And nothing seems to bother me.

It features stones I’ve selected for the spiritual properties that many feel restore you, including:

Chrysocolla.

This is the stone of peace, harmony, tranquility, and communication. For me, it is the communication component that is especially powerful. 

I can feel my spirit reach out through the stone and touch nature, the great harmonizer.  I believe it establishes a very powerful connection to all living things, and I sense their wonder and beauty.

And this is an extremely large and rare piece of chrysocolla.  It is very old and valuable, and not something you really see these days.  I don’t know if I will ever find stones like this again.  

Turquoise.  

This is the stone of protection and healing.  For this necklace, I focused on its restorative powers, channeling through it energies I felt would bring you back into balance, opening your eyes to appreciate every moment of life.    

There is an enormous amount of turquoise in this necklace.  But to me, it just felt right to have it there.  Spirit guided my hand to put in more and more, then told me when it was enough.

Chrysoprase.  

This is, of course, the stone of Venus, the goddess of love.  What is important here is that it isn’t just about amplifying sensuality and seduction.  It is also about restoring your passion for living.  

When I touched it, I could feel it waking up my appreciation for all the wonderful and beautiful things around me I had been overlooking.

Spencer said my eyes sparkled, I began to flirt, and I also spoke with loving tones to my dogs.  

It softened me and excited me, made me feel gratitude for the gifts and life spirit has bestowed upon me. It helped me realize my mind had caused me to overlook all the good around me.

Peach Moonstone.  

Traditional moonstone is about reaching out with your psychic senses to the divine feminine, connecting to the ocean tides, to the flow of all things that are felt but are beyond words.  

But peach moonstone, for me, also brings in a feeling of healing, of letting go of that which hurt me in the past, so that which blocks joy and gratitude is removed.

Through it, I feel a peaceful presence beyond normal senses, like I am connected back into the flow of life, energy, and all that is good.

Nature Scroll Bail.

I especially love the ornate scroll bail for this piece.  It uses motifs mostly from ancient Greece, representing the lavish growth of plants and the garden from which we came.  

Within this necklace, it symbolizes your soul’s rebirth through a magical connection to nature.  

Spirit Created This Sacred Talisman. I Was Just the Vessel.

I feel what I’ve created here is a sacred talisman, an heirloom you will pass on to your children, grandchildren, or anyone you really love.  

Then someday, some descendant will touch it and tell a story of how her ancestor, a powerful woman of spiritual talents, once wore it, and how she can still feel you through it.

But I have to give credit where credit is due.  I channeled the energies into this piece, but the true inspiration and power of this came from the well of creativity I reach into,  from which all things flow, that great spark of life and spirit I am so blessed to touch.  

The Final Blessing

I blessed your necklace for you under the sacred Crestone Bohi Tree.  I asked that when you wear it, you be restored, that you see the world with wonder, as if looking upon it through the eyes of a child. 

And I asked that you, and all your descendants who receive and touch this walk in beauty.
