and worrisome circular thoughts can plague your mind and even affect your
health. But you must remember that
they are nothing more than what they actually are .. thoughts, even if they
start due to something someone said to you. They block your spiritual growth by
distracting you from what is truly meaningful. |
A good way to negate their effects is to see them as coming from something other than you ... a chatter box. Imagine they are just a lot of slightly irritating chatter, yapping at you like a small dog ...to be ignored or maybe even laughed at. Once you compartmentalize them, you can see them for what they really are and then reconnect to spirit.
