Focus on where the discomfort is settling within you. Identify its exact position in terms of location and depth. Then try to identify what color it is. Usually, the point of distress will move and you will chase it all over your body. Eventually, when it is brought to the light of your awareness, it vanishes.
At that point, the thoughts that manifested these things within you will become evident. If it doesn't go away, see a doctor.
