It is time to move your body in ways that relax you. One technique is to take a walk in nature. Let the trees and energy of outdoors calm you and lift away negative energy. Or, you can put on your favorite music and dance around your house. Use headphones, if others would be annoyed by loud music. Shake your limbs, stomp around and jiggle out stress. Breathe deeply replacing stale energy with a fresh perspective.
At the end of the day, take a bath with a cup of sea salt and a half a cup of baking soda. Light candles and perhaps add a soothing and calming essential oil such as lavender. This detox bath will draw out toxins and negative energy you have absorbed.
